  • Washing mushrooms change their texture and recommend cleaning your mushrooms with a dry brush or damp cloth and allowed to dry before cooking. To access full nutritional and medicinal values, we advise they be cooked to breakdown tough cell walls and do not recommend eating mushrooms raw.

  • Will roughly keep for 1-4 days when stored ideally in the air-vented crisper drawer in the refrigerator and loosely wrapped in a paper packing.

    Once cooked, mushrooms should be eaten within a few days or frozen, dried, canned, or pickled for long-term storage.
